How to become a brilliant and pure mind

Have you ever wanted to do something good, from the small tasks you think you should do, to the big things you want to achieve, you use will power, lure, and it worked! Until the days pass and a fortnight of time falls into the void, your inner ninja starts sinking away in agony . Sometimes you feel the demon of change is immortal, you charge straight into it, but it blows you away. I am going to further explain with one of my most favored analogies, it picks up on many details on habits, routines, thinking and how your brain works. The analogy was made by Kurzgesagt - in a Nutshell. I can assure you it will make you understand how your mind functions. And how do defeat change…

The jungle is a vast place, just like in real life. Going through it takes energy, you have to cut through stuff, trek around and so on. So our brains have a trick, every time we go on the path it becomes more sophisticated, from a path to a street, from a street to a highway, the more sophisticated the path, the more likely you will take it, that's why they say start good habits from a young age, because when you form a highway when your young you are more likely to keep it for life, that's another reason I made this blog, I want to be a journalist, theoretical Mathematician and a theoretical physicist when I grow up, but I still have 7 grades of school left until I can start . However, even if you are quite old now, there is still hope and It’s not too late, but first what is a habit.

Habits and routines, a routine is a sequence of actions you carry out, such as showering, brushing your teeth then doing your work and playing. Habits however are auto pilot, there highways so sophisticated you always do them, such as kicking a ball when you see one, what is different between habits, routines and highways is that you decide to go on a highway, but habits are automatically set of when the trigger is set of, a trigger might be seeing a ball, and the habit is kicking it, routines are in the middle, once the trigger is set of you have a choice if you want to kick the ball or not. So for the adults, use your children, start the action and make sure your kids see, after 2 weeks your interest will go away but your kids will remind you, that is you trigger for the routine, follow the routine and  it will be a habit, eventually the trigger will chang from kids to time and place, If you don’t have a kid convince yourself that the daily task isn’t that hard, go for as long as possible, and when you get bored do extra, for example if you want to do 10 squats per day and when you start getting bored do 15 or 20 or 30, it really doesn't matter.

Why do we lose interest, it's because the task becomes so easy you wonder if it's any benefit, so making it more intense makes you believe that you're actually working.
